Assam Pedas (Red Chilli Spicy Gravy)
This “Sour, Hot & Spicy” dish is usually cooked with fish. A classic Malaysian dish, it can now be prepared simply with DESSA “ASSAM PEDAS ” PASTE for that authentic home taste.
Onion, Chilli, Vegetable Oil, Ginger Tamarind, Garlic, Mixed Spice, Salt, Curry Leaves & Stock.
Prepare in 3 Easy Steps
- Heat pot with cooking oil. Mix “ASSAM PEDAS” PASTE and 800 ml to 1 litre water.
- Cook lightly then add in fish of your choice.
- Bring to boil and simmer .
Serving: Rice or Bread.
