Kari Ayam / Daging (Curry Dish)

This Curry dish can be prepared with either chicken or meat (best with mutton). A classic Malaysian dish, it can now be prepared simply with DESSA “KARI AYAM/DAGING” PASTE for that authentic home taste.
Onion, Curry Powder, Vegetable Oil, Ginger, Tamarind, Garlic, Mixed Spice, Salt Curry Leaves & Stock.
Prepare in 3 Easy Steps
  1. Heat pot with Cooking Oil. Mix “KARI AYAM / DAGING” PASTE with 800 ml to 1 litre Water.
  2. Cook Lightly then add in Chicken or Meat of your choice. Add 50 – 100 ml thick coconut milk / cream.
  3. Mixed well till cook.
Serving: Rice or Bread.
