Mee Hong Kong (Soup Noodles)

Mee Hong Kong is dish of yellow noodles with a thick, sweet & soupy gravy cooked with seafood. It can now be prepared simply with DESSA “MEE HONG KONG” PASTE for that authentic home taste.
Onions, Corn Flour, Garlic, Vegetable Oil, Stock, Sesame Oil, Oyster Sauce, Salt, Pepper.
Prepare in 3 Easy Steps
  1. Mix ‘MEE HONG KONG’ PASTE well with 1.5 litres water.
  2. Bring to rolling boil.
  3. Add in eggs, seafood, vegetables of your choice and simmer.
Serving: Noodles, Preserved Green Chilli, Onion Flakes, Chinese Celery & Spring Onion.
