Masak Kicap (Black Soya Sauce Gravy)

Masak Kicap refers to a black soya sauce cooked with chicken or fried fish. A delicious Malay dish, it can now be prepared simply with DESSA “MASAK KICAP” PASTE for that authentic home taste.
Ingredients:
Onion, Garlic, Vegetable Oil, Vinegar, Black Soya Sauce & Black Pepper.
Prepare in 3 Easy Steps
  1. Heat PASTE with 1 whole chicken/1kg meat cut to medium size. If fish – to fry first.
  2. Mix well and let it thicken and dry till chicken/meat is half cooked.
  3. Add 300ml water and simmer.
Serving: Rice or Bread.
