Lemak Cili Api (Spicy Coconut Gravy)

This “SPICY THICK YELLOW COCONUT GRAVY” dish is usually cooked with fried fish or chicken. A classic Malaysian dish, it can now be prepared simply with DESSA “LEMAK CILI API” PASTE for that authentic home taste.

Onions, Chilli, Vegetable Oil, Ginger, Tamarind, Garlic, Tumeric, Shrimp Paste, (Shrimp and Salt), Sugar, Salt & Stock.

Prepare in 3 Easy Steps
  1. Heat pot with cooking oil. Fry lightly “LEMAK CILI API” PASTE and add 400 ml water and 100ml thick coconut milk.
  2. Add in fried fish of your choice or chicken.
  3. Bring to boil and simmer.

Serving: Rice or Bread.
