Mee Rebus (Yellow Noodles Gravy)
Mee Rebus is a popular local dish of thick, peanut gravy with yellow noodles. It can now be prepared piping hot with DESSA “MEE REBUS” PASTE for that authentic home taste.
Onions, Sugar, Vegetable Oil, Yam Flour, Ground Nuts, Fermented Beans, Dried Shrimp, Garlic, Ginger, Lemongrass, Curry Powder, Salt, Chilli Powder & Stock.
Prepare in 3 Easy Steps
- Stir ‘MEE REBUS’ PASTE with 2 litres water.
- Bring to medium heat.
- Mix well till boil and gravy thickens.
Serving: Yellow Mee, Beansprout, Boiled Egg, Fried Toufu, Green Chilli, Onion Flakes, Chinese Celery & Spring Onion.
