Lontong (Compressed Rice Gravy)
Onions, Vegetable Oil, Dried Shrimp, Shrimp Paste (Shrimp & Salt), Garlic, Ginger, Candlenut, Salt, Tumeric Powder, Fennel, Cumin, Coriander & Stock.
Prepare in 3 Easy Steps
- Stir “LONTONG” PASTE with 2 litres water.
- Bring to medium heat. Mix well till boil.
- Put in cut vegetable of choice and 200-300 ml coconut milk. Cook and stir till boil.
Serving: Rice Cubes, Chilli Paste, Boiled Egg & Grated Coconut with Spices.
