Sambal Tumis (Fried Chili)

Sambal Tumis refers to a fried chilli sauce cooked with egg and seafood eg. prawn or cuttlefish. A delicious Malay dish, it can now be prepared simply with DESSA “SAMBAL TUMIS” PASTE for that authentic home taste.
Ingredients:
Onion, Chilli, Vegetable Oil, Ginger, Tamarind, Garlic, Shrimp Paste (Shrimp & Salt), Sugar & Salt.
Prepare in 3 Easy Steps
  1. Heat wok with cooking oil. Mix “Sambal Tumis” PASTE with 100ml of water.
  2. Fry lightly then add in seafood of your choice or boiled/fried egg.
  3. Stir well and simmer.

Serving: Rice or Bread.
